Double track controller designed to sit inside a control panel. This controller has two rotating dials to control the speed of two separate locomotives and a DPDT switch on each circuit to control the direction of travel, you can also switch it to the centre position to cut off the power to the track.

Provides excellant low speed control.  Not suitable for coreless motors.
