This super detailed kit, moulded from high impact polystyrene features a GWR Platform trolley

The Great Western Railway employed a variety of 4-wheel platform luggage trolleys, this type is one of the more common models, although the various patterns omly differed in detail-mainly wheel castings.

They were fitted with a brake system operated by the handle, when the handle was in the parked position as shown the brakes were on. When pulled forward to move the trolley they were released.

As well as luggage, they were used for mail bags, packing cases and milk churns.
