An invaluable little bridge, these ubiquitous structures are still seen in their thousands around the Country.
Their low clearance makes them suitable for crossing water of all kinds.
Several in a row are often seen bridging low lying meadows to allow winter flood water to pass through an embankment on it's way back to a river.
Ideal for bringing a road or path over a small river or canal.
