A hand made metal bodied track cleaning car, fill the tank with 75% or 99% Iso propyl Alcohol by removing the brass filler plug and injecting into the hole with a syringe. The alcohol drips onto the replacable sprung mounted felt pad. On the top of the tank the filler cap contains a screw that is turned to adjust the flow rate of the alcohol.
