Markits manufacture a range of scale locomotive wheels and axles including the longstanding Romford range plus brass turnings ie: Whistles, safety valves, handbrakes, buffers, door handles, handrail knobs, air/vacuum tanks, lubricators and many other accessories in various gauges.

The wheels are self quartering and can be retrofitted to older Triang Hornby locomotives using a unique direct replacement axle enabling the reuse of the original gear, chassis and valve gear without the need for any modifications.
